Our candles are hand-poured and fragile, so we take great care in packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

If your product arrives damaged or you encounter any issues, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos and a detailed description of the problem.

Our candles are handmade specifically for you, so please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Each candle may vary slightly in color and have minor imperfections such as bubbles or frosting due to the nature of natural soy wax.

At Luminous, we do not take responsibility for damaged or delayed deliveries. All products are carefully inspected before being shipped.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for a fee of $10 within a 20 km radius of Coomera.

Postage

We ship via Australia Post, and orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of being placed.
